Live Music 2025

Bernardo Cano, is a multi-instrumentalist and music teacher specializing in ethnomusicology and the art of creating music using instruments from all over the world — inspired by every genre, from acoustic roots to progressive trance, techno, and 90s house. Hailing from Appleton, WI, with deep Mexican heritage, Bernardo’s music is a captivating blend of tradition and innovation. An award-winning harmonica player, he weaves enchanting sounds with ancient flutes, didgeridoo, and a masterful array of instruments, including funky harmonicas, spooky oscillators, and heavy percussion. His live instrumental performances are an electronic fiasco, evoking the crackle of old radios while grounding listeners in high-vibration, thought-provoking melodies.

With a heart of gold and a passion for teaching children music, Bernardo shares his musical wisdom, creating connections that resonate deeply.
As co-founder of Chaotica Fire Arts, Bernardo also channels his creativity into fire performances, further enriching the artistic tapestry of his community.
His performances are not just music, they are a journey.
