Jan Marnocha has over 20+ years of yoga experience. Her classes encourage curiosity, flexible thinking, and humor to promote well-being. She subs at Yoga Elements and the YMCA. Jan is an E-RYT 200 (finishing 500 hr). She is a graduate of the Mindful Schools Year-Long and the MBSR-Teens program. Additionally, she works as a Mindfulness Coach for The Kindness Project, a non-profit that supports early childhood educators, students, and families in learning about kindness, empathy, and compassion.
