Lauren Nelsen has resided in Wisconsin, New York City, Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay area. Weaved into her entire life’s tapestry is music, performance and love. She studied performing arts at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, and Massage and Neuromuscular therapy at The National Holistic Institute, and has continued her education in both of these realms she is so passionate about. A mother of three, she believes there are a myriad of wellbeing practices and sound is a powerful way to integrate healing to feel your truest self!
