Melissa’s love for yoga began when she felt the positive benefits yoga had on her mental and physical health as part of her trauma healing journey. She believes in the power yoga has on releasing emotional stress, reducing anxiety and improving overall wellness. Melissa seeks to provide a safe space for yogis of all levels. Her passion is leading restorative yoga, beginner/gentle or vinyasa style classes. She enjoys combining her gift of energy healing with yoga.
