Brooke, a trauma-informed yoga teacher, has been teaching yoga since 2013 and practicing much longer than that. She was drawn to yoga because of the health benefits, and fell in love because of the philosophy. She holds a 200-hour RYT certification from Kripalu Yoga – a traditional, alignment based practice. She believes yoga is for every BODY and that if more people did yoga, the world would be a better place. Her classes blend physical and mental challenges with meditation and philosophy. Her goal: leave you feeling better than you did before you found her; physically, mentally and emotionally.
