Kimberly has been inspired by many of the events she has experienced and watched loved ones experience, to inspire others. Her goal is to motivate others to improve their life through their yoga practice as well as encourage them to make other positive changes in their lifestyle toward living a long and healthy life (which is still part of the teachings of yoga). Yoga came into her life at a time when she was in a lot of physical pain. She had three young children and didn’t have the ability to leave and take classes at a yoga studio. Much of her original yoga experience was self-taught at home through reading books and magazines. As she gained more pain relief and strength, she realized this was something she wanted to share with others. She created a yoga and wellness business with a focus on outreach, teaching in places that create a comfortable and convenient environment for those looking to enrich their lives with a yoga practice. You can find her teaching yoga for the Little Chute Parks and Recreation department, the Little Chute Public Library, her home studio in the Little Chute YMCA system and local schools. She teaches challenging vinyasa yoga as well as chair yoga, slow flow yoga, youth yoga and Tai Chi.
