Kris, a 200-RYT Yoga Alliance certified instructor who has been sharing the joy of yoga for over 10 years. Her yoga journey has taken her from teaching kids and fellow educators in the Shawano School District to leading weekly evening classes for adults. Kris loves helping students of all ages discover the benefits of movement, mindfulness, and relaxation. Her favorite styles to teach are Vinyasa Flow Yoga, where breath and movement come together in a creative and energizing practice, and Restorative Yoga, which offers a peaceful opportunity to slow down, rest, and recharge. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, Kris’s goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where everyone can move, breathe, and feel their best.
