Through years of practice, yoga has been a foundational part of Laura’s spiritual growth, helping her develop mindfulness, and a deeper sense of compassion for both herself and those around her. She has been teaching since 2012 and has found so much peace in sharing this practice with her community. She is certified in vinyasa and yin yoga. Along with Yoga Body Bootcamp, she has also taught many kids and family yoga classes along the way. Mindful movement is a powerful way to step out of the mind and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. She wants every person to feel welcome and free to be who and whatever they need to be in her class.
