Polly Tripp

Yoga Teachers 2026

Polly began practicing Yoga in 2009 and earned her first teaching certification in 2017 when she received her certificate to teach Children’s Yoga through a trauma-informed lens. Eight months later, she embarked upon her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and graduated from the program in January 2018. In the following weeks, she completed a 3-Day Trauma-Informed Outreach Certification For Yoga through Connection Coalition. She also began teaching Hot Power Yoga at 95 Yoga House and loved it!
Additionally, she has taught yoga to athletes for the Appleton West High School Cross Country and Track teams and at Renaissance School For The Arts (a high school charter school housed in Appleton West.) She also introduced Yin Yoga classes to 95 Yoga House after completing a 50-Hour Yin Yoga Course in Nashville TN through the Josh Summers School of Yin Yoga. As she furthered her instructor experiences and trainings through her first few years of yoga teaching, she began to dream of opening a yoga and wellness space in her community-minded neighborhood and creating an intimate, safe, welcoming, place for people of all ages to explore yoga and wellness through a trauma-informed focus. In 2020, she opened New Bloom Yoga & Wellness in a beautiful, historic, building in Appleton and welcomed other providers to share healing offerings. Sadly, due to the shut-down with Covid in March of 2020, she made the difficult decision to shutter her thriving new business. During the 2024-2025 school year, she was hired as an assistant coach for Cross Country and Track at Appleton West. Throughout this entire journey, she continues to grow in her yoga teaching abilities with additional courses and workshops.
