Shannon offers yoga as a practice of presence, awareness, and intentional movement. Her classes invite students to listen inward and move with breath and intention, cultivating greater alignment between mind, body, and spirit. Her hope is that you leave feeling grounded, present, and connected. Through this practice, we are reminded that we are already whole. Yoga simply helps us remember the light within.
