Tanja, a German-born native and mother of three, is a passionate entrepreneur with a deep love for nature. When not monitoring rivers or running her business, she immerses herself in outdoor activities like mountain biking and attending concerts. Her journey into yoga began as a healing practice, evolving from mindfulness and meditation into a profound exploration of the mind-body connection. Inspired by the supportive yoga community, she became a dedicated teacher, specializing in gentle vinyasa flow and meditations. Her classes and wellness workshops focus on gentle yet fluid movements, emphasizing breath awareness and balance. Through her teaching, she aims to leave students feeling rejuvenated, present, and deeply connected to themselves and their surroundings. She guides regularly at 95 Yoga House and as a guest teacher throughout the Fox valley and Bay Area.
